I was just talking to someone about the rods and have decided to give them a try. I have recently sold all my cheap rods and am starting form scratch on new ones. My question is what two would you try first to see how i like the feel. I haven't been able to find them close by so i was going to order them. I would probably start with one casting and one spinning rod. So whats your favortie.

If I was you I would start with a 7'0" Med/Heavy action baitcaster and 7'0" Med action Spinning Rod, both of which I have and they are GREAT RODS! But you will need to get a 7'0" or 7'6" Heavy Action "Flippin Rod" Bait Caster real soon, because the season is here!! At the present time I have a total of tweleve (12) B&R Outlaw Rods and I love everyone of them...... Don't even use the other rods that I have.... Hope this helps and I hope you catch alot of Big Ones.

GREAT Rods !!!!!!

I would have to agree with Great Rods, but my favorite rod is the 6'6" Medium/Heavy Casting

I would say try the rod size your most comfortable with and give it a try.
There not a rod out there that has the feel like the outlaw
they cast and feel better then any rod i have fished with give them a try. I Know youll be back for more.
I really like the 7' med for pitching a 1/8 cottonmouth jig you can pitch a country mile!

I agree with everyone. The question I have is "what type of fishing do you do?" If you use small spinnerbaits or crankbaits then the Medium action is best. If you like glass, you will love the glass rods B & R Outlaw Rods offer. If you like longer rods for crankbaits then the 7'6"MC is the ticket. If your a plactic or jig kind of person, med/heavy or heavy is the way to go. If you fish heavy cover and need a lot of power, go with the 7' XHeavy.
The length is up to you. And as always, if you need to talk more just call us.

It depends on how you plan on using the rod. But I can tell you from my experence once you use one of the B&R Outlaw Rods you will have to have more. I started with one of the BR70H, 7'0" Heavy action rod and now I have a total of fourteen (14) and They are outstanding rods. They are the best rods on the market!

You will have to learn all over again what the bite feels like, because you feel every piece of anything on the bottom with these rods, but I would have to agree that the 7 foot MH was the first one I bought and I will get a few more.
